About Us

OUR PASSION

Customer service is our passion and at the core of what we do. This passion stems from our strong ties to our family and our community. Making a customer for life is so much more important to us than making a quick profit. We are deeply committed to our community and the people who live in it, and you are more than just a number to us. We give back in many ways, including to our veterans, to families with adoption needs and to those who are foster parents. We also have a passion for animals and kids, as evidenced by our own family, and our furry mascot Dixie, who accompanies Tommy on most of his client visits!

HOW WE WORK

Our extensive pest control services consist of residential, commercial and outdoor treatments. We’ll work with you on a customized plan to ensure your home or business stay pest-free year-round.

MEET OUR TEAM

Thomas R. Jenkins

Tommy Jenkins is a Murfreesboro, TN native who has deep local roots as a fifth-generation “Jenkins” son. As a proud Tennessean, Tommy decided to open his own pest control company on the belief in honesty and fair pricing for every size property. He is licensed in General Rodent & Pest Control (GRC) and Wood-Destroying Organisms (WDO) and works continuously on his recertification points to always provide the safest and most modern methods in pest control. Previously, Tommy spent 20 years of his life in manufacturing and later managed a large team of employees. His faith, love of family, passion for foster care, appreciation for the military and its service members, and strong customer service are at the core of who he is. You’ll see when you meet Tommy, his #1 priority will always be your satisfaction!

Amy S. Jenkins

Amy Jenkins is an Orange County, California native who has made Tennessee her home for over 10 years. During tthis time, she worked for the Department of Veterans Affairs, but ultimately made the decision to work alongside her husband Tommy out of her faith and love for her family. Together, Amy and Tommy raise five children and have been foster parents for over six years. Amy has a true passion for people and loves that her role at Jenkins Pest Control allows her to interact with clients every day. In her spare time, Amy enjoys hunting, working on their farm, and spending time with her busy and energetic children!

"Dixie"

Meet our sweet Dixie! Our Chocolate Labrador “Dixie” is the unofficial mascot of Jenkins Pest Control. She is so gentle and friendly and loves to bring joy and smiles to everyone she meets. Her favorite things include greeting customers, loving on everyone, and accompanying Tommy on his daily service routes. We can’t wait for you to meet Dixie, and our customers look forward to our visits just because she’s coming too!

OUR PROMISE

When you become one of our customers, we promise we’ll treat you like one of our own family. Your home and the safety of your children and pets are our #1 concern. That’s why we stay on top of our certifications and use only the safest treatments on our clients’ properties. In addition, we promise we’ll always be honest, communicative and fair in our business dealings and with our pricing. If there is something that’s a concern for you, we are here, and we will listen. That’s what makes us different. We know you have a lot of choices for local pest control, but we hope you realize that working with us will feel like you’re working with family!

Let’s talk price , Orkin charges me 110 for my service. I paid 72 for the exact same service . That is 30 percent saving. I have minimum 6 months which saves me over 200 a dollar a year. Called the office and talked to the Manager. They scheduled my service in timely manner. Thomas showed up and explained what services they would be performing. He pointed out problem area and was detailed oriented. He went straight to work and finished the service in a timely manner. I was pleased and I would highly recommend this company to the public.

Mr. Jenkins cleared up a brown recluse infestation for me and I have 4 visits a year for treatment for pest control including termites. JPC always sends a courtesy reminder and is always good about letting us know when they're on the way. This kind of courtesy and customer service is rare these days!
